The artistic talents of high school students will be showcased at º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½â€™s fifth annual juried art exhibition “Bridge.â€

º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½â€™s Department of Art will host Bridge January 21-February 2. High school seniors were invited to submit artwork to be considered for the exhibition. Forty-three students were selected for the exhibit.

It’s hard to believe the fall semester is nearly done.  It seems like just yesterday when you moved your student to campus.  Now, the winds of winter are upon us and your child is returning home.

Your student’s return home can be a great time to catch up and enjoy the holidays together. However, it may also be a time of adjustment for both families and students.

A group of º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ University students will start the new year serving those who are starting a new life.

Twelve members of the student organization, Global Service Learning (GSL), along with two º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ staff will travel to Tucson, Arizona, for eight days — January 5-12 — where they will help refugees integrate into their new communities.

Eric Jackson is very comfortable on the basketball court.

He has stats to prove it: during the 2012-2013 season, he led the Prairie Wolves in scoring, was third in the Great Plains Athletic Conference for three-pointers made per game, and set the season high three times. His success continues this season as well.

º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ University students in the Capitol Hill Internship Program are finishing their Washington D.C experiences this week.

This semester’s participants faced challenges that previous CHIP students haven’t faced. The government shutdown left some º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ students out of work. Without work, the students were unable to earn their intended credits.
