Pulitzer-Prize winning author Douglas A. Blackmon spoke at ߲ݴý University on Thursday, October 25 in a lecture titled, “Slavery by Another Name: The Re-Enslavement of Black Americans from the Civil War to World War II.”
߲ݴý's Mixed Media Art Club is hosting the small invitational exhibition of alumni artwork. The exhibit can be seen in Kepler Gallery, located in the entrance of Lucas Hall.

A ߲ݴý University math professor has been awarded the “Exemplary Teaching Award.”
Kristie Pfabe, professor of mathematics and computer science, was recognized October 2 with the award, which is presented annually by the Division of Higher Education of the Board of Higher Education and Ministry of the United Methodist Church.
