Traditional BSN Application / Confirmation of Intent to Enroll

This application is for current º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ University and transfer students applying for the traditional BSN option.

Per the Nebraska State Board of Nursing guidelines (accessed 12/05/2017), º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ Nursing Programs require self-disclosure of any misdemeanor or felony convictions. If you have ever been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, you must report that conviction. This may have occurred in traffic or criminal court settings. This type of conviction does not necessarily mean that you will forfeit admission to the nursing program or that you will not be able to obtain the RN license following graduation and successful completion of the NCLEX. Student applicants are required to successfully complete the required background check and drug screen for final acceptance into º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ Nursing Programs.

This application will close February 1, 2025.
