º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ takes back-to-back ‘Nursing Student of the Year’ awards
º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ University’s nursing program has a sterling reputation. And that reputation is growing.
Last year, the March of Dimes honored one º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ professor (Prof. Sue Gabriel) and two º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ students (Sydney Wergin and Cassie Newton) as Nebraska Nurses of the Year.
And this year, º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ added another Nebraska Nursing Student of the Year in Katie Noble of Grand Island, Neb.
These March of Dimes honors combine with Prof. Jamie Hilderbrand’s 2018 Emerging Leader Award from the Nebraska Action Coalition - Future of Nursing.
Do you have students considering a career in nursing? Encourage them to give º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ University’s BSN program a solid look.
Our direct-entry traditional BSN program means future nurses can enter º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ as first-year students with full confidence that they are also accepted into our respected nursing program. (No more keeping your fingers crossed and hoping to be admitted once prerequisites are complete.)
